Weep screed replacement
- All of the perimeter weep screeds were rotting and failing, allowing moisture to enter units.
- Stucco abatement conducted due to presence of asbestos.
- Replaced failing waterproofing paper.
- Installed new weep screeds.
- Installed lath and stucco to match existing.
- Paint to match existing.
