Complete repaint and carpentry of 117 townhomes
- Detailed color scheme with over 15 colors utilized
- Individual homeowners are responsible for wood repairs, so we estimated and billed each individual homeowner separately.
- Job walks were done on each individual building (28 buildings), as we completed them. This made for a smaller punch list that we were able to take care of immediately.
