Light weight concrete deck repair, drain replacement and general water proofing.
- Scope: The decks had a below deck drain that ran parallel to the building and many of the drain bodies had failed and were causing extensive leaking in the units below.
- Replaced many of the drain bodies with new Thunderbird 5” drain bodies.
- Replace 2000 sqft of light weight concrete decking including sub floor.
- Sloped deck joists for proper drainage.
- Removed large built in BBQs that were causing leaks because of lack of water proofing.
- Applied over 6000 sqft. of Elastodeck deck coating.
- Built new partition walls.
- Repaired general dry rot.
- Counter flashed deck fascia to prevent water wicking.
- Rerouted gutters and downspouts.
- Access equipment used: Scaffold access to rear decks.
