- Removed all barge rafters that extended beyond the eaves to avoid exposure to the elements.
- Repaired dry rot and failing wood/siding.
- Replaced all siding on carport structures with new Hardie cement paneling.
- Rebuilt trash enclosures, including re-framing several enclosures due to dry rot and termite damage.
- Full repaint using Sherwin Williams Super Paint.
